As of October 2005, CreativeTechs has been granted limited Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) status. We can now offer Apple Authorized Service to larger clients who who have a priority support relationship with us, and who have requested this authorized relationship through Apple Enterprise.

Instead of driving a problem Mac to a local service center (i.e. Apple Store or Seattle Mac Store) CreativeTechs can now perform full warranty and AppleCare repairs onsite. CreativeTechs is providing this level of support to a limited number of organizations including:

- Amazon
- Costco
- K2 Sports
- Seattle Sonics & Storm

Self-Service Options: CreativeTechs can also serve as a bridge for larger organizations who are interested in Apple's Self-Servicing Account Program. For this, CreativeTechs performs standard warranty and AppleCare repairs with a hands-on training focus to help educate the internal IT staff. The goal is to develop Apple-qualified or Apple-certified technicians internally to take over long-term repair and support.
