I downloaded Adobe Bridge CS3 2.1.1 update

This update prompts you to install a further final update to CS3 which resolves a lot of known issues before the change to CS4.

I am having the same issue with the same version. I do not get the option to import or export. In my version 2.1.1.9, I do get that option. Can anyone offer advice here?

I am using Adobe Bridge CS3 v2.0.0.975

I have followed this tutorial but the commands listed in Step 2 are not available:
Import…
Clear and Import…
Export…

Please help.
