I think the name is ‘headcrab’, and yes, I agree it looks like one. Kind of silly to call a chicken a turkey just because you want it to be, though. The size and proportions are different.

Hi Gershon, I’m not exactly sure what a face crab is, but the the original site does claim this template is actually a chicken. We’re calling it a turkey for Thanksgiving.
