I too signed up when this was first announced, but didn’t receive a confirmation or web address to attend the webinar. Unfortunately, I was pulled away during this for a meeting, so I couldn’t attend anyway, but I’m hoping this isn’t the case on future webinars.

I have been unable to link to the site to pick up this week’s handout, the link is indicated in your corespondence but does not connect.

The links only go to the “go to meeting ” sales page– no way to connect to webinar.

I cannot get past a page with FAQs and basic instructions on Gotomeeting. I successfully got on tuesday for retouch tuesdays, and earlier I got on with the link where a class was about to start, but I have go by Eastern time and it make the class start at 5 instead of 2PM.
Very confused now as the other class was live and started at the different time in my time zone.
Also didn’t get the e-mail with my password yet

Small thing: you use the word “Photoshop” instead of “InDesign” in the first paragraph of your email about how to watch the ID webinar that starts this Thursday.

I have been notified to attend the free seminar, but have been blocked at the gate. What is with that?
