Editing film and video used to be a slog of cutting, pasting and keeping your fingers crossed. Digital has changed all that. Final Cut Pro is one of the premiere digital video editing programs and has been one of our most requested courses. We’re delighted to have Krk Nordenstrom aboard for our first 5 Week Final Cut Pro beginner-level series.
We can’t help you with script writing or directing actors (yet) but we can show you how to use Final Cut Pro to craft a film out of your raw footage. In these sessions Kirk will take you from setting up your project, to editing and structuring, adding transitions, titles and effects and finally outputting it to share with your waiting audience.
This course is our first test teaching Final Cut Pro in our worldwide classroom, if this first test goes well, we’ll be able to offer extended courses on this topic.

Looking forward to this with GreatAnticipation! And am regularly contacting all my fellow artist/tech~types via my FBook page with all the details about this and your other classses. Thanx muchly for the excellent instruction and fun instructors… !
Please do! Registration is going a little bit slowly and we would like to be able to offer even more video classes!
I’ve been using FCE for a year now and this is the first course I’ve found that will be more like a class, instead of tutorials, which are nice, but not detailed. Thank You, can’t wait.
Hey John O! I’m the course instructor and I hope to dig in to a lot of the dirty little details that will help make your experience in FCE a lot smoother and pain free.
Has this been canceled? My gotowebinar says waiting on organizer.
Is there any way to get or purchase a recorded version of this? My stepkid just got Final Cut Express but cannot attend classes at this time because he is in school. Thanks!
anyone looking for an upgrade route to FCP? I never did get into video (and have decided to hand that off) so my FCP never got opened. It’s an old version and Apple’s site says “any prior version of Final Cut Pro” – upgrade is $299 -vs- $999 full. Contact me and lets make a deal! sierraphotographic@mac.com
thanks!
