Learn to Build iPhone Web Apps – Wk 2

A Simple Web App » 1 month, 30 days, 12 hours, 7 minutes ago

This week, we create a web app that consists of four web pages that allow users to make a call, send an email, find a location on a map, view videos, and submit a form. We’ll look at how to remove the Safari chrome and add a web bookmark to the home screen, and some of the issues you’ll need to consider when creating a web app.

Date: Tuesday, January 19, 2010

    Hi,

Was wondering, I bought the class from O’Riley and there doesn’t seem to be any source files just the movies. Is this something we should be finding? Also, when the videos are uploaded they aren’t in correct order so was wondering if this could be a consideration in the future?

    • Once you’ve loaded up the ‘Electronic Media’ screen on the O’Reilly site, click the ‘view’ button next to this course. Once the player window opens, click the ‘Show All Information’ link, and you’ll see links to the code samples with the section summary in the table of contents.

  2. Any idea when the files and video for week 2 will be posted on O’Reilly?
