    Hi,

Last week the webinar started an hour earlier although it said 11.00 because of the clocks going back an hour in europe. Now it seems it starts an hour later again, why is that please?? And why dont i get a mail anymore with the reminder and link for the webinar?

Hope evrything goes well again tonight, looking forward to it,
    byebye
    Marion

    • CT-Sara says:

Marion, we’re sorry if you missed part of some of the classes.

The schedule for the U.S. to exit Daylight Saving Time is different than much of the rest of the world. Outside of the U.S. the time change happened for many countries on October 25. Inside the U.S. it happened on November 1.

You should not have any further trouble with the schedule until Spring, when the U.S. changes its clocks on March 14, and many other countries change theirs on April 4. Keep an eye on the Twitter feed for special notices about time changes.

As for the email notice, please send an email explaining the problem to training@creativetechs.com.

  2. Betty Ann says:

since we lost webinar feed several times during the Nov 12th Photoshop session on brushes… will it be posted somewhere for us to see?

  3. ines says:

I look for the class of the brushes that sill be post for a week, how can i view this particular one.
    thank you

    • CT-Sara says:

You can purchase the individual class for download by clicking on the date where is says “Nov 12 – Brushes” in the Photoshop Course Outline.

  4. Gavin says:

As it turned out on brushes to change the flow rate on the brush (Shift-number keypad) it only worked if I used shift+numbers of the keyboard. Did not work with the numeric padl.

    • CT-Sara says:

Gavin, some keyboards have a “num lock” key. It’s like a caps lock key, and it controls whether or not the numeric keypad operate the way you’d expect. Try tapping that key, if you have one, and see if it works.

  6. Bill Koepsel says:

    • CT-Sara says:

I’m very sorry to hear of your loss.

You can enroll in the class by clicking the link on the right-hand side under “class notices via email”. Even if you don’t get an email, you can always come to the site creativetechs.com/training, click on the current class, and join from the GoToWebinar link, usually up to an hour before-hand.

    thank you.

  9. Bill says:

I thought I heard on todays SMART OBJECTS that I could purchaser the entire 6 month Photoshop course at a reuced price, if I had purchased others previously. If this be true, where do I find the link

    thx

    • CT-Sara says:

Bill, yes, you can. If you have purchased any 5-week course from this 6-month series, you can buy the 6-month course for only $99.

Since we need to verify your purchase, there’s no direct link for it. What you need to do is email training@creativetechs.com. Let them know what you bought, approximately when (if you can), and what email address you would have used at the time.

  10. Ed says:

New question: This screen shows multiple (over 100) RTs for Twitter. That’s about what was showing when I did my RT about 10 minutes before showtime. Yet you indicated only 4 Tweets just before you drew the winner. What am I missing?

    • CT-Sara says:

That was probably the day when I did the introduction. I was trying to get the information from the wrong page, then I got the correct URL for the drawing.

      • Ceejays says:

There are lots of people having a problem with it. It only runs for a minute or two and continually buffers. Note the comments under that weeks video. Thanks for replying.

  13. Ceejays says:

Thank you guys for fixing the layer effects video. Much appreciated.

    Hello,

I just signed up for the 6 Month Photoshop Course but I don’t own a copy of CS4. Does this course enrollment qualify for purchase a student discounted version of Adobe CS4 software? If not is there an alternative to paying $699 for this software?

    Thanks,

    Thanks so much,
    Lisa
