This week we are in for a fun, fast-paced class. A solid understanding of layers is crucial for mastering most other advanced Photoshop techniques. This is an important topic and you can expect to have a great time with Jason’s examples.
Duration: 90-120 Minutes
Cost: The LIVE classes are FREE to attend! You can also purchase downloadable files of this course for $99 up until Feb. 28, 2010 or $199 after. Note: if you have previously purchased this course for more than $99, or another 5-week section of this master course, please contact training@creativetechs.com.
YAY! Watched last weeks today. I missed 15 mins or so from this one. Off to catch up now.
You guys rock, btw!!!
Thank you guys so much for making this available! I won’t be able to make the live Thursday classes, so I’m so happy they’ll be posted for a week. These are so wonderful…
Anyone else seeing a blank white screen where the video should be? I missed the layers week and I was hoping to watch the video here.
Absolutely brilliant! I was really disappointed when I realised I would be on holiday during the layers lesson, but can now keep up with what I missed and can take the opportunity to do so while the children are in bed, BONUS!! Thanks so much!
Best ever! Thank you so very much for the hard work and dedication.
Oh wow this is superb. Your training techniques are spot on. Thanks.
Thank you so much for putting the video in the site. missed the class, im watching it now.
great video/class love it many thanks!
god!! i cnt seem to get out of the “hand” mode in my CS4. itried the “move” tool or the “maruqee” tool etc…it always shows a ‘hand’ on the image…i.e, i can only shift the image up and down, cannot do any thing witht he tools!
i know i am new…but god thats frustating.how do i come out of that. i tried the Esc key(on my PC), even restarted the CS4 ….but the “hand” wont go.

I just want to say that after finding your site yesterday and viewing the layers segment I was very impressed with your offerings. I think it is very generous that you offer them as a free service for any length of time and feel bad that others are less than kind in some of their comments here. The fact that the segments are available for purchase after the allotted free time, is a great opportunity to still be able to learn from you. Thanks again for your services and I look forward to learning more.
Photoshop Webinar was truncated during Q&A today, so missed my question being answered:
How can different parts of selections have their edges refined differently?
Bert, for the answer to this question make sure to tune in for Week #4: Photoshop: Masks! That’s where you will discover the trick.
I just want to say that I learned so much about selections today. I must have said, “ah ha!” 20 times. The instructor was great and I love his teaching method. I can wait for the next lesson.
Thanks for offering the class.
If I purchase the lessons “photoshop fundamentals” what format do they come in. Is it a one watch item or can I re watch them as many times as I would like for ever? In other words is there a time restriction on them? Do you have a favourable set price if I bought all the lessons for photoshop?
Please advise
Regards
Laura
Laura, when you purchase the class, you get access to full QuickTime downloads of the weekly classes. Once you download them to your computer, they are yours to keep. We provide two sizes of each video. One at 1280×720px that captures the full resolution of the presentation, and a second 640×360 that is optimized for playing on your iPhone or iPod.
Is yesterday’s webinar going to be online?
missed week 3 class
I have purchased the 5 week course and if anyone is wondering whether to or not, Do. It is great to be able to have this resource and refer back to it. I think it is great value.
Also when will the mask lesson be available to download. As I said above I purchased the 5 weeks not the individual lessons.
